My experience was awful. Paint peeled itself off the wall as I rolled it on. Back rolling even a second later yielded this. It was applied to a flat, latex and well sanded & wiped down surface. Sure, could have primed - but never had to with Ben Moore or the old St. Clair (CIL) paint under the same circumstances. Behr may have a lot of pigment (Titanuim Dioxide) but that just lends to color fastness. The BINDER in the paint is in my opinion, simply too succeptible to non ideal conditions. Any paint that requires priming over a flat, latex, sanded and sealed surface is not worth working with in my opinion. Never mind Home Depot's stellar cust. service - "Call Behr" was the reponse.
