My house is 3 yrs old. After 3 days of heavy rain- in basement where the wall and floor come together water came through the gap.We had small gaps -I guess due to settling.
My husband filled it with hydraulic cement and this fixed the problem.
Is this a permanent solution? or do we need to do something else?
