Any rock that is thicker than its manufactured thickness should be replaced. Also be wary of ceiling rock which saturated, where screws/nails are pulling through the board - the ceiling is pulling away from the wood above it...
All spaces behind the drywall must be allowed to completely dry out. Any wet insullation must also be replaced. Be careful around wet electrical services....
Be sure to replace any plastic vapor barriers and the like. Your spaces will dry out faster if you rent a dehumidifier and crank the heat.
