You don't say what part of california you live in, and the internet does not seem to have any Victor Jr. products anywhere. The only thing I can suggest is to find a reputable wood stove shop in your area to get you some help, or replace your stove outright if parts are unavailable. Sorry I can't be more help. It may be that "victor jr." is a model name rather than the manufacturer, I have never heard of it before. If you find some other names on there, try http://www.copernic.com for MY favorite search engine.
