I HATE this washer so much. I have the mold problem, too. Sears offers NO help. I run the sanitize cycle with bleach every 2 or 3 days, and still it comes back. I would never recommend this awful machine to anyone. If I do not put the bleach in often enough, the laundry starts to smell also. This cannot be healthy.
