I recently moved into a house with a damaged Gas Furnace, but it has a separate, working A/C unit. I want to replace the whole system and I have two different contractors with 3 different systems quoted. One is an American Standard Freedom 90, one is a Janitrol, and the third is a Lennox 90. The house is 1200 square feet. Anyone have any suggestions on which system I should purchase?
