I have installed many Janitrol systems and have had no problems with any. At least no more than any other brand.
When I had to install a system in my own house, I did not use Janitrol.
I don't like Lennox, I feel they are just hype and advertisement. That is only my opinion and maybe alot of owners of Pulse equipment.
I would choose the American Standard. Most name brand heating systems are all of equal value.
The most important thing is the sizing and installation of your equipment. Pay more attention to the expertise of your installer. A poorly speced and installed top of the line unit will perform much worse than a quality installed economy unit.
