I once removed a roof with sheating and rafters in quick time using a chain saw. It is more fun and doesn't vibrate your hands so bad like the reciprocating saw when you hurry. But once you hit nails, the blade is shot and needs replacing so have some spares. One guy I know managed to drop it once and then almost fell on it.
