the cable company give me great high speed access but at a price the dug up the corner of my house at the worst possible low spot. combined with a plastic conduit pipe housing electric out back to my pool . i have a valley against my house and a leaking basement. can i bury the plastic piping with gravel then cover with top soil building a slope away from the house ?
