I'm experiencing the blades not turning at motor RPM when I ride in thicker grass. Replaced belt as well as tune-up for the summer. Bushing are quiet and not worn so it seems. When I raise the deck, the blades return to the motor's RPMs. Any suggestions or is 14 years about it?
