Deciding to remodle or sell. Bought at 130$,& can sell at 160k plus 50k for a flag lot.We wanted to inlarge two bd/rms,ad 1/2bth in laundry,new kitchen& formal dinning, add walk in closet to master b/rm.,and to have two wall knocked out to make for a lgr. liv. space, also a new coat closet in the entry way.
