Duct Cleaning

Normally you should not need ducts cleaned in a place only 11 years old, but if your daughter has allergies, it might be advisable.
This service can be a bit of a ripoff, but if you find a place that has been around a while, they should be ok. Check references!
Also make sure you use a hypo allergy filter on the furnace, and replace it regularly. You can get them at a home center.
IMHO allergies can be relieved some - if not completely - by use of a good multi-vitamin program. Get them at a health foods store, but not the cheap one a day type. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
