Hi chris,

Yes, of course, if the piping for the system that's in the concrete was to fail for some reason, then yes, it would be hard to fix. Essentially, you'd have to bust up the concrete to make the fix, and then repair whatever it was you had on TOP of the concrete.

I will say that in-floor heating is awesome! In fact, in a standard 8' high ceiling room, you don't need any other heat. If your feet are warm, the rest of your body will be war.

Stick around - Others may have more to say. Just be sure you have a Home Inspection by an ASHI-approved Home Inspector ASHI Inspectors And ask LOTS of questions! It will be $$$ well spent.
