We have the exact same problem!! We had our bathroom completely remodeled - so there is nothing old "back there". After about a week, I started to notice that all the grout (its a sanded kind, if that makes any difference)was turning mustard yellow (not very attractive in a pink and white bathroom!!). I was supposed to put a sealer on the grout, but I am afraid to do it because I dont want to "lock in" the yellow and not be able to clean it!! The only thing that I can use to get it off is Dow Foaming Cleanser. And a few days later, its back! I also notice that it is only happening where water sits. HELP!
