The system is called "radiant-heat" the best system in my opinion, among the most expensive to install. Drawbacks are...takes a day to heat up a "cold" house and typically expensive to mantain/operate. I would suggest calling a company that specializes in such systems for a comprehensive check of the entire system...well worth the money and the company can advise you on how to operate/regulate. erik
