My husband and I are considering the Bruce Hardwood that you glue down. I'm not sure of the correct name for the type but it is in the Kensington series and has a beveled type edge. We have been told that this is very hard to keep clean because of the beveled edge. It is really pretty but we don't know whether or not to go with this if it is harder than the regular flat boards. Another reason that we are considering this is that other than it being pretty, the business where we would purchase it from said that if we over bought he would take any unopened boxes back since this is his biggest seller. If anyone can advise please do so because this is a big investment for us in a new home and we don't want to be sorry that we purchased it. Also, we are considering putting it in the family room and I would like to know how easily it is scratched by furniture.
