We have a phone jack in the bedroom that sometimes stops working and the caller id will act as if the line is in use yet there will be no dial tone. Any ideas? Also I want to install a phone jack in a spare bedroom. Can someone walk me through the instructions, the phone company advised me that it is very simple. Thanks.
