I had recently been given an old craftsman table saw with a primitive digital keyboard for blade adjustments. When flipped over, I see an actual cast iron arbor for a single belt drive motor-no motor on this one though although I do have an old creftsman 220v 10 amp around that I know is still verry good. Anyway, I believe that this tablesaw may verry well have been an actual cabinet maker's saw because of its primitive computerized system on blade adjustment, and its longer length than a contractors saw. There is also a 2" diameter, yellow, plastic insert on the table about 6" in front of the blade. If this was a professional saw. is it possible that there could have been a scouring blade on there also, or at least room for one on the arbour. However, the old manual which came with the saw shows it sitting on top of an open base stand as opposed to a cabinet. Does anybody know anything about this saw and how I can get it up and going again.
