Trying to get it

Thanks, BobF, for your response. My guests just left and I am trying to do a little research to better understand this problem, but I'm struggling to find info. I'm pretty handy in the house. Some of my projects have included: installing a kitchen sink (including the new faucets, a disposer and the plumbing underneath,) an outdoor hot tub (including a new breaker, emergency outside shutoff and wiring the electricity,) and assorted other electrical and plumbing projects. Recently, I had hot water problems and diagnosed and replaced a bottom element in my electric water heater. My brother says: not bad for a girl! I knew my stubbornness would pay off one day! Now, I feel the same way about this. I want to understand the problem. Can anyone help me?
