There are numerous tiles available at your friendly home improvement store. However, You will lose some of the reveal of your crown moulding (really is detremental as far as I'm concerened). I just finished restoring the ceilings in my 1906 house that has crown moulding. I used a wallpaper that was fairly thick and moulded to look like tile or the old tin ceilings. It is also paintable if you want to make it look brass, copper (I used copper for my kitchen), or some other color. GOOD LUCK
