The damper door is either broken or frozen open. GE will support most models and with pressure, other Artica models such as mine. They will not pay for labor even though they know the design is totally defective and prone to breaking. You have to replace the whole damper assembly to get the part fixed. It take a lot of effort by the tech to get them out and put them back, therefore driving up the labor cost. Everyone out there should get on GE to support and pay all parts and labor costs. p.s. my model is PSS25nGMBWW
