The cracks are on the interior and are primarily on the corners of doorways; although, I have noticed one nearer to the middle of the doorway. I am not sure what load or non-load bearing walls means. I guess I'll be calling a structural engineer... This may be a stupid question ... but here it goes ... ff the house is shifting, will that be real expensive to fix?
On more thing, I have not noticed any cracks on the outside of the house. Thanks, Burt.
