......... I wish you could have pulled those remarks before I saw them. Most homeowners don't realize the struggles that independent contractors have to go through to make a living. How many rooms does a painter have to paint just to pay for his hospitalization insurance. You pay for what you get. A professional contractor deserves a professional salary and if you want the job done right hire a professional.
