Black+Decker no longer services Black+Decker older products. After a tool reaches a certain age, (don't know what that age is) they liquidate all inventory, parts, paper, etc.... If they have removed a tool from their database, it is gone forever. Apparently it is too expensive for B+D to keep paper on file or a little pdf of their manual on disk.
