Furnace motor groans first coming on

MY Miller Furnace motor groans when it first comes on and sometimes when restarting when calling for heat after starting. I may or may not start after the groaning, but I have to open the door a few times.
Friend says it needs to be oiled with a 20 wt motor oil which I purchased a small can of.
Where are the oiling holes located.
