I've been painting a small bookshelf for a gift and today, as I was starting to paint, I saw three place where paint had run and then dried. I'm hoping to learn a sure-fire fix for my project. The bookcase is that...is it Melamine or something like that. You know the stuff...usually white. Anyway, any suggestions?
