I had the worst tenants in the world who totally ruined my house. They had several live in cats and lived like hogs themselves. The cats urinated in every room of the house. They totally ruined all carpets. I took out all the carpets, but the smell is still in there. How do I treat and seal the wood floors before installing new carpet throughout the house again. I would appreciate any and all advice to try to save my house.
