We feel that our decision to get Anderson Renewal windows was a good one. We took out failed vinyl windows that the previous owner had put in around 1999. Dust and water were coming with every rain and the outside turned almost brown on the sunny side. The paperwork we had on the windows said they had a lifetime guarantee. Surprise, the company who put them in is out of business. The company who made them did nothing.We went with Anderson because of their reputation. No regrets.Anderson fixed a lot of problems with the wood trim where they leaked. The windows look beautiful and are way stronger.
A few snow storms here in the Rockies and the windows are awesome so far. The difference is like night and day. Go with Anderson, the people are great to work with
