I am sooo glad i found this site..i just got home
1130 pm to find a small flood in my kitchen..i opened the refrig. door and out poured several gallons of water. NO IM NOT KIDDING. I had been having the vegetable freezing thing happen all week and i turned the temp up etc and it only got worse..what apparantly happened is the water filter on the frig side exploded due to freezing. So its 1:10 am and i just spoke with ge customer service who told me that my warranty was up and that i had to call the help center in the morning. I AM AT A LOSS AS TO HOW TO DEAL WITH GE as ive have been reading all the nightmarish stuff on this site...but i have a question...WHERE IS THE DAMPER DOOR?
I apologize now for my creative spelling, it's late im tired and im still wringing out towels
