This is a two family apartment and there is a stale, mildew smelling odor that seeps in my apartment. Like a sewer odor or something. The basement leaks, I have seen this and the sinks near the washer and dryer smells terrible. It makes me gag every morning from this odor.
What could this be? Any suggestions to tell this landlord to fix?
