I just bought a used set of neptunes(4 yrs. old) and the washer will not spin. After reading about the problem I hope this wasn't a bad mistake. The previous owners said that they would send us the new circut board and that should take care of the problem. Does Maytage Have a final solution to this problem? I also need an operator manual.
