For removal of contact paper try a blow dryer, take care to work in small areas at a time and not to over heat the blow dryer or the contact paper. It just needs to be warmed up and it will come loose. Mine came off quickly. To remove glue left behind try Avon skin-so-soft. Don't forget that skin-so-soft is oily and must be washed off with soap. Hope this works for you.
