another option is to use TAPCON SCREWS. Simply drill through the framing and on into the concrete with the appropriate masonary bit, then run the screw in. Tapcon screws have hardened threads and little burrs on the threads designed to grip into concrete, but i would warn you, be real proud of where you put a tapcon because once it is in place it is nearly impossible to remove it.
