convertion part

Hey i need help i have this lawn mower engine and don't know how to turn it it to a go-kart engine i know there is convertion parts how can i get them and where can i get them i need it to turn the wheels but how because the turn thinging is on the bottom and i can't put it on sidewaky or it leaks got any answers? because i would like to know
