I hired a concrete co, to replace a worn out patio and he sold me a nice looking patio that he had stamp the pictures were beautiful, so i said thats what my wife and i want because were are doing a new lanscape on are home so i said lets go and plan this to be done in the spring of 2004
the concrete guy said no there is time to do it now which is december 2003 it was very mild up until the day he poured the cement then it hit
below zero for the next month he came by several times and said it looking good but said he should cover it until the spring well the plastic cover came of and to look at it it look
very nice until it rained the top of the patio
started flaking off where now it looks terrible
to me it looks like the cement froze i tried washing the new patio and the water preasure
is just washing hole in the cement he came back and said he could fix it well he rolled this liquid on it and it die it a dark charcol black
I want rip out and replace ,he told me that there are no garranties. The part that is not good is there is no written contract and he has been paid.
