Looking at a house. The whole back end of the house has a very noticable sag and using the level it shows about a two inch drop. The house is not sinking but was built this way. Beer for breakfast kinda thing. Considered jacking up the joists. Considered removing the floor and leveling the joists by mating another level joist to the existing ones and redoing the floor. BUT.... Does anyone have any experience in putting a plywood floor on the existing floor and leveling that????? Help and thanks
