I bought my dryer 11 months ago, and just had the heating element replaced - after waiting a week. The part was back-ordered. This tells me it must be a BIG problem. has anyone else had a similar experience. and does anyone know where I can send a complaint ? can't find a email address for customer service, nor an address. I bought Maytag for reliability. But, after this problem I'm afraid of what the future holds. I should have stuck with Kenmore !!
