I wish I had seen this posting sooner. Don't be fooled by the "it's easy to get rid of" replys, it's not. My mother bought a condo 2 years ago and she can still smell it. Previous owner had three cats. The litter box was kept in the walk in closet. Floors were removed from the entire 1500 square feet of the unit. Deodorizer was used thruout unit. Sub floors were completly primered with a neutralizing paint. Drywall was removed from closet and replaced. The smell still remains. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
