After taking the wallpaper off my toilet walls I noticed a bulge in the wall low down. The plaster came off extreemly easily as it seemed to be weathered. I have now pulled all the plaster off and plan on re cementing the gaps between the bricks then putting plaster board in. Three questions.
1. How do I make cement?
2. Do I need to plaster over plaster board? I'm planning on papering and then painting it?
3. How do I make plaster?
