Husky Power Washer problem

Have instruction manual, set up new Husky Power
Washer, cleaned concrete without soap, did an
excellent job.

HOWEVER, USING THIS MORNING TO WASH TIRES ON CAR
AND CANNOT GET UNIT TO DISPENSE SOAP! HELP
