Removal of Super Glue From Eye Glasses Lens

When I fixed my glasses, I accidently spilled a drop of glue which was not noticeable when it was wet. After it dried I can see it but am unable to remove it. What can I use to remove super glue that is dried on an eye glass plastic lens? Your help is appreciated.
