You must find the last box which has both the neutral and the switched leg of the switch. Then you must run at least a 2wire with ground cable from there to the fan. You must also have room in the box to accomodate the extra wires. Where is the switched receptacle in relation to the switches? Is there a fan rated box in the ceiling already?
