i can't really say without seeing it but check the settings on the timer(maybe its on a program without run times)or see if your getting voltage to the zone valves,check for continuity on wires running to zone valves,or check the timer it could have a fuse.without knowing exactly what you have it is hard to say.post back with more info as to what you have or find out.
