I installed the Basement Watchdog Special from Home Depot. It cost around $300 dollars including the battery and acid. It took one evening to install. This was even my first experience into installing PVC pipe. Installation was straight forward. Attached the new sump pump to my exisiting sump pump line with check valve. The instructions even discuss stacking the sump pumps for smaller sump wells.
