Tim, you might write Sears at letter to their corporate offices outside Chicago and send a copy to A. J. Foyt at A. J. Foyt Sports, 6415 Toledo, Houston, Texas 77008 and put a note on the copy that they are making a liar out of AJ every time his commercial comes on. Keep your letter brief, reasonable and respectful. It may not help, but it can't hurt and you might be surprised.
