the mac 1175 has a 2 stage gas valve, the first stage comes on at 35% of the gas pressure to initiate the proper drafting of the flue gasses and combustion air intake. after a few seconds, the second should be initated to full gas pressure. it sounds to me that the valve is stuck in between the 1st and 2nd stage. This is not anything that you can fix yourself, you need to contact someone who specializes in mac 1175 in mobile home usage to replace the valve.
