I currently have a half unfinished basement. It is an older home and the other half is dirt. I would like to remove the dirt but I think that I will need walls pored as well as a new floor. Could you direct me to the people I need to talk to? I can dig and remove the dirt to cut cost but I don't know what saftey precautions I need to take.
