Call the POCO to check their equipment.......could be the pole/transformer/neutral
That's the indication of a broken or loose neutral connection causing High voltage on the affected circuits.....anywhere in the house or to the pole......
In a complicated loop.....two circuits back-feed the same circuit thru a fault in the white wire....
