There is a lot things about floor which we are should learn, then start maintenance floors. For example what happened to me before 2 days. I'm working for a big company and we start stripping floor (about 40.000 sq. feet). It's took us about 5 days only for stripping (crew of 3 people). During those 5 days we exchange 2 different stripers "Full Impact" and some another which getting dry very fast. Full Impact was perfect and we got really good results., but another stripper after 24 hours left on the top floor some kind OIL. I was totally surprised that something like that happened . I’m not so long in this business, but one good advice for you guys :”First learn structure of floors which you are working on, than maintain “.
P.S.
Some people even stripping floors which shouldn’t be stripped, you should see results :)
