I could be mistaken but i think that the tile you are looking for has been discontinued because it was made from asbestos. Maybe you could buy a piece of black vinyl tile and cut it to fit. If you heat the tile a little with a heat gun or propane torch, and using a straight edge and a sharp utility knife it will be easy to cut and fit.
